Through the years of experience from serving our clients, the best way to avoid misunderstanding is to have our designers have the floor and furniture plans drawn to scale with perspective views and written specifications on materials.

• RELAVANT PERMITS
To avoid any unnecessary problems after your renovation, out staff will advise you on the HDB’s “ Do's & Don’ts” and to apply for the necessary renovation permits and approvals before starting of renovation works.

• PROTECT YOUR OWN INTERESTS
To avoid any disputes, out staff will list down clearly what items are to be done and the materials to be used for each job. This is to ensure that there will not be any hidden cost once the renovation starts.
